When creating an event, you will find a "Repeat" option near the bottom of the screen. Tap it to set up repeating events.
Complex repeat patterns are also available. For example, you can set things like "Weekly → every 2 weeks → Wednesday" or "Monthly → Last → day". Give it a try.
