Please back up your data regularly using "iCloud Backup" in the settings screen.
If you really need to restore your data and you have a backup of your entire iPhone in iCloud Backup, you can get your data back by erasing your iPhone and restoring it to that point.
Open the Settings app, tap [your name] at the top, then tap "iCloud" → "iCloud Backup" to check whether a backup exists. If a backup is available, you can restore your iPhone to the state captured in that backup.
To do this, erase your iPhone, then set it up again. During setup, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" to return to the previous state.
This requires setting up your iPhone again, so it takes time and involves some risk. But if you really need to restore your data, please give it a try.
